1. Company Information

Eddie's Entertainment is an entertainment, event planning, and artist booking agency providing live performances, musicians, and related entertainment services for hotels, private events, weddings, corporate functions, and public venues.

2. Scope of Services

Eddie's Entertainment acts as an intermediary between clients and performers, arranging:

• Live musical performances
• Entertainment programming for hotels and venues
• Private and corporate event entertainment
• Event planning and performance coordination

Services may be provided on a one-time event basis or as recurring hotel performances.

3. Bookings & Confirmations

• All bookings are considered tentative until confirmed in writing (email, contract, or official booking confirmation).
• A booking is deemed confirmed once pricing, performance details, and date(s) are agreed upon.
• Eddie's Entertainment reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings that conflict with company standards or availability.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1 Hotel Performances

• Hotels are billed on a monthly basis, covering all agreed performances within that billing period.
• Invoices are issued monthly and must be settled within the agreed payment period.
• Late payments may result in suspension of future performances.

4.2 Events & Private Bookings

• Event pricing is agreed upon in advance.
• A deposit may be required to secure the booking.
• Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellations & Changes

5.1 Client Cancellations

• Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
• Late cancellations may be subject to partial or full charges, depending on notice period and incurred costs.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Agency or Performer Cancellations

• Eddie's Entertainment reserves the right to substitute performers of similar quality if necessary.
• In case of unavoidable cancellation, the agency will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative or issue a refund where applicable.

6. Performance Conditions

• Clients must ensure a safe and suitable performance environment, including stage space, sound equipment (if applicable), power supply, and reasonable working conditions.
• Performers are entitled to respectful treatment and a harassment-free environment.
• Eddie's Entertainment reserves the right to end a performance if safety or professional standards are compromised.

7. Force Majeure

Eddie's Entertainment shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Illness or emergencies
• Venue closures or technical failures

8. Intellectual Property & Media

• Performers retain rights to their artistic performances.
• Any audio, video, or photo recordings for commercial use require prior consent from Eddie's Entertainment and/or the performers.
• Eddie's Entertainment may use event photos or videos for promotional purposes unless explicitly prohibited in writing.

9. Liability & Insurance

• Eddie's Entertainment acts as a booking and coordination agency and is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage unless caused by gross negligence.
• Clients are responsible for venue insurance, permits, and compliance with local regulations.

10. Confidentiality

All pricing, contracts, and internal arrangements are confidential and may not be shared without written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which Eddie's Entertainment operates, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

12. Amendments

Eddie's Entertainment reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will apply to future bookings.

13. Acceptance

By booking services through Eddie's Entertainment, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
